The company’s founder launched a preliminary manufacturing factory in Beijing, equipped with merely a dozen manual lathes and semi-automated machinery. The factory focused on delivering precision processing services, specializing in surface finishing for critical aero-engine special components, laying a solid foundation for the company’s in-depth layout in the aerospace precision manufacturing sector.

Driven by the booming development of the aerospace industry and sustained business growth, Luoyang Qihang Bida Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established. The Luoyang finishing workshop was put into operation, enabling the company to provide customers with more sophisticated component surface treatment and precision finishing services. Despite the modest initial operating conditions, Qihang Bida stuck to stringent standards for product quality and dimensional precision, and was honored with the title of Excellent Cooperative Supplier for its outstanding performance.

After years of technical accumulation and operational refinement, Qihang Bida had built a reputation for high-quality component processing and surface treatment solutions, winning unanimous recognition from clients. To better meet escalating customer demands, the company expanded its production area, launched a dedicated production line for alloy revert recycling business, and built a new aerospace casting surface treatment line and pickling workshop. This upgrade further enhanced the company’s OEM and ODM service capabilities, delivering more comprehensive solutions to downstream manufacturers.

Benefiting from the rapid development of the aerospace and automotive industries, Qihang Bida officially entered the high-performance alloy production field. The company procured and successfully installed and debugged vacuum induction melting furnaces, marking its official entry into alloy melting and casting. It began customizing high-end alloy materials for clients, covering equiaxed grain cast superalloys, directional solidification superalloys, single crystal superalloys, and supporting post-treatment production lines for alloy components.

To optimize the production environment and improve operational efficiency, Qihang Bida built a standardized production zone and automated manufacturing workshop, adopting intelligent equipment to boost productivity, cut production costs, and optimize production processes to adapt to market changes. To deliver more competitive one-stop supply chain services, Jiangsu Qihang Bida Aviation Industry Co., Ltd. was founded, focusing on integrated solutions for high-temperature alloy parts including casting, post-processing and surface treatment.

Along with the deepening of business cooperation and horizontal industrial expansion, Luoyang Qihang Zebiao Technology Co., Ltd. was established. Qihang Zebiao specializes in the R&D and production of alloy standard samples, as well as professional laboratory testing and analytical services, further improving the group’s industrial layout and technical service system.
