STEP 1
◆ Environmental Resistance
Resistant to both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres up to 2100°F (1150°C). seats, cutting tools and friction-prone parts, effectively prolonging the service life of key equipment.

Stellite 31 Cobalt Base Superalloy chemical composition: Cr 26%, Ni 10.5%, W 7.5%, C 0.5%, balance Co.
It delivers high tensile and creep properties, and withstands oxidizing and reducing environments up to 1150°C (2100°F).
Stellite 31 (UNS R30031) is a Cobalt-base superalloy (CoCrNiW) featuring outstanding wear and corrosion resistance, excellent stress-rupture properties, and good resistance to thermal and mechanical shock.
It is widely applied in the hottest sections of industrial gas turbines.
